The Malad Apartments offer you the opportunity to live in a community that is close to everything you may need. Conveniently located in the heart of southern Idaho's Magic Valley, our apartments are within convenient driving distance to shopping centers and parks, while offering the serenity of a small town atmosphere. Our freshly painted apartments are available in 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. Each apartment also has its own fireplace, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and wall-to-wall carpeting. The living room comes fully furnished with a couch & chair combo, coffee table and television stand. Along with your fully equipped kitchen there is a washer/dryer hook up inside each apartment so you don't have to go anywhere else but home! You'll love our outdoor patio area where you can grill out after work or just sit down with some friends for some great conversation.
